For UK and European manufacturers

I have the product. I need someone on the ground.

Under three weeks, under EUR 1,000 in ad spend: a distributor for all of Mexico at the table.

83 enquiries from Mexico in 26 days. For a German stainless steel product.

  • 31of them booked a call directly
  • 66enquiries from the USA, first 7 days

Real numbers from another manufacturer in Baden-Württemberg, documented in the roadmap (PDF); every product tests differently.

Two weeks of testing, then you decide. The test roadmap (PDF, four pages) shows what you receive afterwards and what happens on each day. Available immediately after submitting.

Optional. If you leave a number, Bruno Filkin will call you and walk you through the roadmap. Otherwise you receive only the PDF and choose whether and when to talk.

Takes ten seconds. No documents needed. The roadmap is ready on the next page and also comes by email. Whether you want a call afterwards is your decision.

Two thoughts you may recognise

“I do not know who I can trust in another country.”

People who think this have usually already decided their product belongs abroad. The question is no longer whether. It is how, and with whom.

“I do not even know where to start with customs, imports and finding partners.”

This does not describe a missing product, but a missing starting point. The first step into a new market rarely fails because of quality. It fails because nobody on the ground knows the right partner and starts the first conversation.

Why someone on the ground matters

Trust grows in the room, not in an email.

Manufacturers who sell abroad share one thing: a contact whom local customers trust. Someone who speaks the language, knows the culture and sits at the table when decisions are made. That cannot be handed to an agency managing ten other customers.

We sit at that table.

Two weeks of testing: we find your distribution partners in the USA or Mexico, hold the first conversations in person and give you concrete findings. Names, conversations and results instead of theory. Then you decide how to continue.

What happens in two weeks

The test phase consists of two small tests in your target market, rather than a consulting project.

The end-customer test shows your product to people who would buy it in the USA or Mexico and measures whether and how they respond. The partner test shows it to dealers and importers who could carry it there. Responses are vetted, and we hold the first conversations with suitable candidates in person.

After two weeks, the findings are on the table.

You see how the market responded to your product and which partners are in the running. You also see what the next step would be. Then you decide whether and how to continue.

  1. 01Check the target marketWe check whether your product has a market in the USA or Mexico and define whom to approach: buyers and dealers.
  2. 02End-customer testA small campaign shows your product to people who would buy it there. We measure whether and how they respond.
  3. 03Partner testA second campaign puts your product in front of suitable dealers and importers. Responses are vetted.
  4. 04Hold first conversations in personWe talk to qualified candidates ourselves, in their language and time zone.
  5. 05Then you decideYou receive numbers, names, conversation notes and our assessment. Whether to continue is your decision.

How many enquiries you can expect

These are the enquiries a test phase can produce.

The figures below are real and come from another customer: a manufacturer in Baden-Württemberg making a stainless steel product for hospitality and households in Germany. We explain who they are and the background on a call. Sources: our lead database and the manufacturer's Meta ad account, as of 21 September 2026.

Every product tests differently.

We therefore do not promise to repeat these figures. We promise the same process: microtests, then the campaign, then the findings. And the same honesty when a market does not respond.

  • 83 enquiriesMexico, partner test aimed at dealers and distributors, in just under four weeks. 31 booked a call directly. Before that, five microtests: pain point, headline, offer, image and copy.

Source: lead database, 15 August to 9 September 2026.

  • 66 enquiriesUSA, partner test. In the first seven days. Transferred from the Mexico test without a new test series.

Source: lead database, 14 to 20 September 2026.

  • 18 enquiriesGermany, end-customer test aimed at hospitality businesses, in the first week. Five microtests beforehand, in the same order.

What manufacturers ask first

Do I need to change my product?

No. Localisation is almost always packaging and language. If a physical adaptation is needed, the test phase shows it before you accept an order.

What happens after the two weeks?

You receive the findings: suitable partners, how they responded and what the next step would be. If they convince you, we discuss a mandate. If they do not, the collaboration ends with the findings.

USA or Mexico?

Both are possible, and we decide on the call where your test phase will run. In Mexico, we have our warehouse in León and our partner's local network. Our fulfillment center in Las Vegas serves the USA.

What if no partner responds?

Then you know after two weeks instead of after a year. We make no guarantees, and you should not trust anyone who does. The findings are yours even when they are a no.

How much of my time do you need?

Ten seconds for the form, then a call at a time you choose. We set up the test phase. You approve the outreach and read the findings at the end.

Who holds the conversations?

Roman Lewcke and Gustavo Orozco von Allwörden hold conversations with distribution partners in person, in the partner's language. Your own call before the test phase is with Bruno Filkin. No agency, call center or lead vendor.

We are on the other side.

Your product is ready. What is missing is someone who can explain it to a dealer in Monterrey or Dallas and negotiate the contract. Two weeks of testing, then you decide.

Business email and first name. No documents needed.
